01 / Shipping

• Domestic India — 3–6 business days. Free over ₹5,000, else ₹200.
• International — 7–14 business days. Calculated at checkout.
• Dispatch — Within 24–48 hours. Mon–Sat from Lucknow.
• Carriers — Delhivery, BlueDart, DHL. Tracked end-to-end.

Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days ship the same day. You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS the moment your order leaves the studio. Duties and taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

02 / Returns & Exchanges

Not the right fit? You have 7 days from delivery to request a size exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

• Email returns@strut.studio with your order number to start.
• First exchange is free within India. Subsequent exchanges incur a flat ₹150 reverse-pickup fee.
• Sale items, accessories and undergarments are final sale.
• Refunds (for defects) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

03 / Care

• Cold machine wash, inside out, with similar colors.
• Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry hot.
• Hang to dry. Iron on low if needed.
• Treat the gear well — it's built to outlast the drop.
